So 11.2kg in 2,5month – i gotta say i am pretty proud of myself. I did receive a lot of compliments and was asked what i was doing. So what was i doing?

Food:
– Reduce Carbonhydrates drastically
– No sweets, except max 1x/week
– Eat more fresh, unprepared food

I have been “eating” only twice a day for a long time already: Lunch and dinner. What i changed here is mainly to keep the lunch light. So mainly Salads or natural greek Joghurt with Berries or fresh fruit. For Dinner i mostly cut carbonhydrates and tried to eat naturally proteinrich food, like meat and Beans. So just some Steaks after training just felt great.
For snacking i replaced sweats with pickles, Nuts and preecooked eggs.

I can`t say i missed anything.

Exercise:
– Go to the Gym 3x a week
– Walk at least 30 min/day

Not too much to say to the Gym, alternating between Chest and Back each time, doing at least 4 exercises with 3 Sets until muscle exhausting for min 45 min. Probably gonna add some leg exercise in there soon.

Walking was a breeze in Summer and early autumn, i love how accessible nature is from my house. There are actually 2 directions i have to walk 5 min to be in the “forest”, both are pretty beatifull and well maintained for walking. It doesnt feel that nice anymore since its getting dark around 5 p.m. so i`m gonna try to squeeze the walk in during lunchtime now and sign up for the swimmingpool.

Sleep:
– Try to get 8h/night

I never have been good at sleeping, but now i am almost always going to bed so i have a little more then 8h until my Alarm goes off in the morning. If i wake up earlier, that`s probably fine.
