Adding some casual Cardio Sessions to prepare for Summer cycling. Next Goal is to stay bellow 80kg for 2 weeks consistent, since it was going up and down quite a lot lately. Maybe cut some more Kilos, there is still some fat left at the lower belly. However, side abs are out constantly now and getting nice. Considering dedicating one weekly session to legs.
Trainingsgoal longterm is a muscle up and a shaped pack, but i am truely proud of my success so far.
