Damn this looks lazy. It hasn’t been as bad as it looks so. Before going to Vacation i “only” skipped 3 Session, 1 due to the after-works/Christmas Parties and 2 due to the complications with my Vaccinations.
However i did manage to stay under 80kg the first weeks of December right away (Shoes and Phone is ~800g) and did some light home workout instead. During Vacation the plan is to swim, walk, go Kite surfing – no Gym so.
In total i now lost 35kg during this year, from 115kg to around 80kg.
The goal for the coming year is more to gain muscle after maybe going down to 75kg. Mostly i`m trying to get as many km on my cycle in as possible and will prioritize that over Gym on every Day with good weather.
I also will start using Strava more again, to track my non Gym efforts there.
