A quite consistent month with faiy consistent diet, but my weight went up quite a bit – to be fair it was around this most of the month. My guess is it is mostly caused by my Creatine and Protein intake. I don’t think i gained much fat, if at all – i do not look like it and most important: I feel great.

There is a little fat left over, but the definitions become clearer and clearer, my veins pop up beautifully, my weights increase every week and i feel energetic.
I will cut down my protein shakes to two per day and wait for bike season so the remaining fat will melt like butter in the sun.
My training is a bit on a crossroad now so, as my Gym Membership ends in April and even that has two weeks of Vacation – after that a another yearly Membership would just be waste, so currently i am thinking of going even more towards calisthenics, my exercises where shifting there quite a bit already this month anyways. Also i found some nice, free outdoor devices that are just made for it in one of the parks around my area.
Not sure how i will track my progress from now on, hope i will find a good way.
