Another month that’s been pretty productive, though it got cut short again. I’m heading out for vacation now, and my gym membership ends this month. The scale’s showing a step backward, but honestly, progress feels solid. I dropped protein supplements to once a day with creatine—didn’t notice much difference. My physique and energy are only getting better. I’ve shifted my workouts to about 80% calisthenics and picked up some gear to keep pushing in that direction.

Obviously that’s Brad Pitt, but “you met me at a very strange time in my life” anyways. Man, that movie’s a masterpiece.

I’ve been debating whether to keep this series going. Honestly, it’s starting to feel like I’m just flexing for no reason. Meanwhile, BitcoinX kicked off a discussion about creatine this month—random, right? It’s like the universe is nudging me to step back from chasing trends and refocus on what matters: my own goals and growth. Time to double down on self-development and tune out the noise.
