The Noma is probably one of the most famous restaurants in the World, being the Inspiration for the Netflix Series “The Bear” and having it`s own documentary.
So today after floating the Idea for some years i finally booked myself a table at this legandary place in Copenhagen for 21.02.2025 – i took a wine as pairing to complement the Ocean Season 2025. I am so looking forward to this. I hope i am right that for the proud price of 4,400 DKK i truley can experience something unique and faboulos.
I did break in sweat for sometime in between while being presented with this fun message after i opened my reservation link 30 seconds too early…
